Flat Measurements Instructions: 


To determine the best fit for your child, find a pair of pants that fits them well and follow the directions below to find the correct size. Please refer to the item description, as different pants have various silhouettes. When in doubt, size up! 

  • Waist: To measure the waist, lay the pants flat on a surface and smooth out any wrinkles or fullness. Please note that most of our pants have an elastic, stretchy waistband and will allow for extra inches (unless noted otherwise).
  • Length: Lay the pants on a flat surface. Remove any wrinkles and fullness, then measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the leg.
  • Front Rise: Lay the pants on a flat surface, removing all wrinkles. Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the waistband.
  • Inseam: Lay the pants flat on a surface. Measure from the crotch seam (where the front and back seams meet) down to the bottom of the leg.
