This sweet rainbow and cloud garland is bright blue and perfect for summer decorations, nursery wall decor or birthday celebrations! You can hang it on your mantel, wall, window, or around a tiered tray!

Made of 1" felt wool balls and felted rainbows and clouds, strung on white cotton cord. 6ft garlands will follow the pattern of: 4 balls, 1 cloud, 4 balls, 1 rainbow, 4 balls

Clouds, rainbows and felt balls on the garland are not knot tied, and can be slid around with gentle pressure to get the look you desire. They will stay where you want them on the cotton cord.
