L&L Market has all kinds of interesting retail nooks and crannies that are worth exploring, but growUp is dedicated to the littles in your life. Owned by a former pre-K teacher and part of the creative masterminds behind the “Nashville Looks Good On You” murals and the Nash.tn streetwear line, the shop is stocked with fresh, out-of-the-box gifts and gear built for child-led, open-ended play.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill Fisher-Price or Hasbro-stocked retailer, though. The growUP shop is designed for the outdoor adventurer and budding artist. You’ll find colorful kites of all sizes, wooden slingshots with fluffy felt balls (safety first!), funky temporary tattoos of dinosaurs and neon gummy bears, and sparkling jelly bibs for the soon-to-be creative in your life.
